Who we are

Reimagine it is the business group behind this website, with divisions in trade, properties and logistics. The legal entity is named in the footer of every page. We decide why and how the personal information described here is used, which makes us the data controller under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana.

What we collect

  • The contact form: your name, email address, the division you pick, your message, and your company and phone number if you choose to give them.
  • Email: your email address and whatever you write, if you email appointments@reimagineitsolutions.com.
  • Bookings: when the booking calendar is shown on the contact page, the details you enter to book a call go to Cal.com, which runs it.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider handles your IP address and basic request details to deliver the site and to block abuse, such as repeated form submissions.

We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and this site sets no cookies of its own. The Cal.com calendar is a third-party service and may set its own cookies when it loads.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and to arrange a call if you ask for one. We do not send marketing email, sell your information or use it to profile you.

Who handles it for us

  • Google, whose email service receives the messages sent through the form.
  • ImprovMX, which forwards email sent to our website address to our inbox.
  • Vercel, which hosts this website.
  • Cal.com, which runs the booking calendar.

These providers may process information outside Ghana. We share it with no one else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to respond and to keep a record of our business dealings, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email appointments@reimagineitsolutions.com and we will reply. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.
